Young person event

This reception provided the opportunity for our younger and prospective members to learn more about the IISS and its activities.

The evening commenced with drinks and canapés, during which time guests will have the chance to meet the IISS directing and research staff.

This drinks reception was followed by a series of short presentations providing an introduction to the IISS, its mission and its role today. Some of our younger researchers also talked guests through their current projects.

Existing members were encouraged to bring a guest to learn more about the IISS and to network with the IISS research staff.
