Brigadier General HR McMaster

On 26th August, Brigadier General H R McMaster, Director of Concept Development and Experimentation at the U.S. Army's Training and Doctrine Command spoke on “The US Army's Emerging Vision of Future Armed Conflict: hybrid threats; complex environments; uncertain conditions”

Brigadier General McMaster discussed  the U.S. Army's Draft Capstone Concept.  The Capstone Concept is an idealized vision of how the U.S. Army will conduct future operations as part of joint, interdepartmental, and multinational efforts to achieve policy goals.  The concept is meant to drive innovation and force development to ensure that the U.S. Army is prepared for the challenges of future armed conflict.
