I’d like to now focus on several policy remedies, two of which will be further developed by Ralf and Matti, and IISS under Mark Fitzpatrick, who I think I just saw, has also recently issued an excellent report which I would recommend, and that provides great information and insights into the nuclear trade and many important policy

prescriptions to try to fix the problem.
