Development and Membership Support Administrator
Background: Prior to her appointment as a member of Institute staff in July 2001, Susan worked in retail for ten years holding supervisory and management positions with various companies including Boots, Woolworths and WH Smiths. A change of career direction lead to reception and administrative positions at Reuters, Lloyds of London and a firm of chartered accountants. Interests include Classical Greek and Roman civilisations and mythology, tap dancing, badminton, music, painting, eating out and the theatre.
