  • Alastair Buchan Lecture 2005 On 6 December 2005 Dr Mohamed ElBaradei, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), delivered the 2005 Alastair Buchan Memorial lecture at the IISS. Dr ElBaradei and the IAEA have recently been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
