Accessing Digital DownloadsIf you purchase a digital only product such as Strategic Comments the file will be delivered to the 'My Account' section of the website.
On this page you will see all of your orders displayed. Each order is given an alpha-numeric code, e.g. b9292939-afc7-465d-8b58-7e8af4932b03. Click on the order to see details of your order and to access the digital product as a pdf file.
