The IISS Russian Regional Perspectives Journal for Foreign and Security Policy This journal is one of the outcomes of the Russia/Eurasia Programme, Russian regional perspectives on foreign and security policy. We are producing a series of pamphlets focusing on the relations between Russia’s regions (border regions in particular) and the neighbouring states. The journals include articles by Russian regional scholars and policy practitioners as well as by international academics and specialists. Russia/Eurasia Programme staff have also contributed their own analysis of the key security, strategic and economic issues affecting the Russian regions.
