Indo-British Parliamentary Forum (IBPF) On 31 January 2005, Indo-British Parliamentary Forum (IBPF) visited the IISS. Mr Saeed Naqvi On 4 November 2004 Mr Saeed Naqvi, Editor and Chief Columnist for Third Eye journal, visited the IISS. Mr Naqvi is a distinguished Indian journalist. During his career, Mr Naqvi has interviewed a host of important figures concerned with international affairs, including Tariz Aziz and Jaques Chirac.
