  • 4th Georgian-Ossetian Dialogue The Fourth meeting of IISS facilitated Georgian-Ossetian Dialogue took place on May 19-20, 2006 in Tbilisi (Georgia). The meeting was dedicated to continuing discussions of restitution and compensation process for the victims of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict.
