On 17 October 2003 Dr Jennifer Moroney from the RAND Corporation gave a presentation on military assistance strategies for Central Asia and the South Caucasus by the US and Europe.
Dr. Moroney joined the RAND Corporation in Washington, DC as an Associate Political Scientist in June 2003, where she manages and supports projects for the US Departments of Defense, State, Energy, and the National Security Council. Currently, she is leading a project that will assist the NSC in developing its combating terrorism strategy, and another that will help the US Army focus its international security cooperation efforts to maximize effectiveness.
