  • 10th Anniversary of the First war in Chechnya On December 6, the Eurasia Strategy Seminar will be dedicated to the 10th anniversary since the beginning of the first war in Chechnya in December 1994.   • Analysis of Tragic Events in Belsan The Eurasia Strategy Seminar on October 5 2004, was dedicated to the analysis of tragic events in Belsan, North Ossetia and its implications for Russian and international security. Speakers included General Aslambek Aslakhanov, Adviser to President Putin and Mr. Alexander Torshin, the Chairman of Parliamentary Commission on the Beslan Inquiry.
