On 11 June 2004 Cho Kun-Shik, Vice Minister for Unification, Republic of Korea, visited the IISS to discuss the prospects for the Six Party Talks on the North Korean nuclear crisis. The meeting brought him into contact with British parliamentarians and London-based Asia analysts.
