In June 2005 Nicky Oppenheimer, Chairman of De Beers, delivered the inaugural Oppenheimer address, which will be held on an annual basis. Audio and video recordings, and a transcript of his lecture, entitled 'Africa Needs a Hand Up Not a Hand-Out', are available to download here.
