Executive Corporate Membership
This category is intended for leading global companies and institutions, who seek the closest relationship with the IISS. Executive Corporate Membership offers exclusive access to the IISS through priority invitations, IISS international events, and access to private briefings and the Corporate Advisory Panel, a service that taps the expertise of the IISS Membership and staff to allow Executive Corporate Members to discuss security, foreign policy, political, economic, commercial and technological issues.
The annual £25,000 fee entitles Executive Corporate Members to:

all the benefits granted to Premier Corporate Members, plus five licenses

to use the IISS Armed Conflict Database, a unique, interactive resource of detailed material on more than 70 conflicts around the world;
-
priority invitations to small, exclusive events, such as VIP lunches or dinners;
-
opportunities to participate as "Friends of the IISS" at one major international event annually, such as the Global Strategic Review, the Shangri-La Dialogue or the Gulf Dialogue.
Premier Corporate Membership
This category is intended for major companies and institutions, who seek a close relationship with the IISS, in particular through exclusive invitations and access to private briefings and the Corporate Advisory Panel.
The annual £10,000 fee entitles Premier Corporate Members to:

nominate up to five representatives to the IISS;

receive up to five sets per year of the following Institute publications: The Military Balance, Strategic Survey, Survival, Strategic Comments and the Adelphi Papers series. Each set of IISS publications has an annual cover price value of approximately £700/$1,200;

receive invitations to the Institute’s meetings, seminars, and the Global Strategic Review (delegate fees not included);
-
receive invitations to exclusive IISS lunch and dinner meetings addressed by leading figures from the public and private sectors;
-
access the IISS Library;
-
receive key security, foreign policy, political, economic, commercial and technological briefings by accessing the expertise of the Institute’s staff and Corporate Advisory Panel for two to four briefings a year depending on format. Briefings can be delivered in person or by video-phone, from London and elsewhere;

have priority access to IISS facilities to book meetings, briefings, conferences and video-conferences;
-
have priority access to the bespoke consultancy services that can be provided by Arundel House Enterprises Limited.
Basic Corporate, Government Ministry and Agency Membership
The annual £1,750 fee entitles Basic Corporate, Government Ministry and Agency Members to:

nominate two representatives to the IISS (further nominees may be added for £500 each);

receive two sets of IISS publications;

receive invitations to IISS meetings, seminars, and the Global Strategic Review (delegate fees not included);

receive invitations to occasional events exclusively for Corporate and Institutional Members;

Non-Profit Institutional and Embassy Membership
Colleges and universities, academic departments, libraries, embassies and high commissions may become IISS Institutional Members. This category of membership is not open to others, however, non-profit organisations may choose to join the Institute at one of the higher levels of membership offered.

Use may be made, where appropriate, of the Institute’s overseas offices in Washington and Singapore, and video-conferences can be arranged. Potential clients will be invited to choose their preferred mode of consultancy – oral, written or both – and a quote subsequently given.
