The Trustees delegate to an Investment Committee responsibility for monitoring the investment of the charity’s reserves. The Investment Committee is empowered with deciding on a formal investment policy for the charity, discharging its duties properly when taking decisions about investments and having proper arrangements in place with an appointed investment manager to manage the charity's investments on its behalf. In addition the Investment Committee reviews the performance of the investments on a regular basis, and is involved with all major financing facilities on behalf of the Institute.
