Panel Discussion - Langton et. al. AP Book Launch - Repairing the Damage On Monday 8 October 2007, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) held a briefing to mark the release of its latest Adelphi Paper, entitled Repairing the Damage: Possibilities and limits of transatlantic consensus, at 12:45pm. The launchfeatured brief remarks from the co-authors Dana H. Allin, Gilles Andréani, Philippe Errera and Gary Samore. Dr Patrick Cronin (Editor, Adelphi Papers and IISS Director of Studies) chaired the event.
