  • Book Launch - Black Market Dossier NBM-dossierOn Wednesday 2 May 2007, the IISS is publishing the latest in its series of Strategic Dossiers, entitled Nuclear Black Markets: Pakistan, A.Q.   • Discussion Meeting - Dr Lieber and Dr Press On Wednesday 18 April 2007 Dr Keir Lieber and Dr Daryl Press will lead a discussion meeting on 'US Nuclear Primacy' from 5.30-6.30pm, focusing on how recent changes in the U.S., Russian, and Chinese nuclear arsenals have potentially resulted in a new era of U.S. nuclear primacy.
