On Thursday 16 November 2006 Sheikh Muhammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kuwait, will address the IISS on "Kuwait Foreign Policy in a Changing Environment" from 5-6pm.
