On Wednesday 31 May 2006 Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, President of Liberia, will give the 2006 Oppenheimer Lecture on "African leaderships in post-conflict situations - a case study of Liberia". The Address starts at 1.30pm, followed by the Q&A session.
