On Thursday 9 June 2005 Dr. V.P. Dutt, Former Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Delhi, lead a discussion on the ‘Future of India-China Relations’. This event took place between 12noon and 1pm.
Dr. Dutt is an expert on Indian foreign policy, including India-China relations. He was a Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) for over a decade, and a former member of the Union Education Ministry’s Committee of the Open University.
 
Dr. Dutt is an author of a number of books and articles on contemporary Indian foreign and security policy. His most recent publications include chapters in books on Afghanistan, Iraq, Russia, and China. He is a well-known commentator on international security affairs.
 
The discussion will be held in the 4th floor meeting room at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), Arundel House, 13-15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.
