Alastair Buchan Memorial Lecture - ElBaradei On 6 December 2005 Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), has agreed to deliver the 2005 Alastair Buchan Memorial lecture at the IISS. Dr. ElBaradei and the IAEA have recently been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
