    Lassina Zerbo, Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization, delivered a passionate entreaty to the international community to consider universal ratification of the CTBT as a vital stepping stone to progress on other fronts.

    The Iran accord one year on

    Panellists in the third plenary session urged the international community not to waver in its commitment to implementing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, amid frustrations in Iran and the uncertainty of the looming US election.

    The EU Non-Proliferation Consortium is managed jointly by four institutes entrusted with the project, in close cooperation with the representative of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. The main aim of the network is to combat the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
