    ‘I belong to a generation that has lived all their lives in conflict’ said Colombia’s Defence Minister Juan Carlos Pinzon in a Special Adddress to the IISS Cartagena Dialogue. He paid tribute to the role of the armed forces helping to lay the foundations for an end to the country’s internal conflict.
