On the final day of the 9th Asia Security Summit: the Shangri-La Dialogue Sergei Ivanov, Deputy Prime Minister, Russia addressed the 5th Plenary Session. Other speakers included Purnomo Yusgiantoro, Minister of Defence, Indonesia, Jaime Ravinet de la Fuente, Minister of Defence, Chileand Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, Singapore.
