Young Strategists at the 2010 Manama Dialogue

This year for the first time the IISS invited a number of young professionals
who show great promise in the fields of security, broadly defined, to include representatives from government, military,
academia, and media to participate as delegates in
the Manama Dialogue.
One of these Young Strategists Rania Al Shirawi,
of the Bahrain Economic Development Board, gives her reflections on the Dialogue.
