US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton came to Bahrain to deliver a Special Address, and addressed a part of it especially to the Iranian delegation led by foreign minister Manouchehr Mottaki; she said she hoped for constructive engagement in the coming week's talks on Tehran's nuclear programme. King Abdullah of Jordan warned in his Keynote Address that the window was closing for a two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians. WikiLeaks was never far from someone's lips.
