Responsibilities: Research and editorial support for The Military Balance and the Defence and Military Analysis Programme
Background: Henry holds a BA (Hons) in War Studies from King’s College London and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics. Before joining the IISS he has worked as a Research Assistant for the Institute of Historical Research. His current areas of interest include developments in the world’s armed forces and military strategy.
