Research Associate, IISS-Middle East
Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination and administration of the Geo- Economics and Strategy Programme.
Background: Elly graduated from St Hilda’s College, Oxford in 2006 and went on to work for a Church-based charity, in Public Relations and in Politics before joining the IISS in October 2010. She completed a Masters degree in International Relations from Exeter University in September 2010.
