Interns

A limited number of internships are offered from time to time to graduate students in international relations and strategic studies. Interns are assigned to a member of the Directing Staff, Senior Staff or a Research Fellow, which means that candidates require postgraduate experience in the associated field of study.

When considering candidate applications, the IISS is not able to offer assistance in finding accommodation, nor can it apply for work permits for these assignments.  The IISS also cannot guarantee a response to unsolicited applications in all cases.
