HE Dr Barham Salih, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, spoke at a special IISS-US roundtable discussion on political and economic developments in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq on 7 November 2011.
Prime Minister Salih was accompanied by HE Dr Ali Sindi, Minister of Planning of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and HE Mr Qubad Talabani, Kurdistan Regional Government Representative to the United States.
Dr Andrew Parasiliti, Executive Director, IISS-US and Corresponding Director, IISS-Middle East, moderated the discussion.
