In the current issue of Survival, Paul Herman of the National Intelligence Council and Gregory Treverton of the RAND Corporation write about the social, political, and institutional consequences that climate change will have on the world order.  Their thorough and balanced analysis concludes that “the climate dimension needs to be integral to all policy considerations.”
