Briefing and Discussion of the Army Capstone Concept – Brigadier General H.R. McMaster

 

On Wednesday, 14 October, Brigadier General H.R. McMaster, Chief of Concept Development and Experimentation, U.S. Army, and Consulting Senior Fellow for the IISS, briefed senior Congressional staff on the Army Capstone Concept which aims to outline an overarching visualization of future armed conflict.  Dr Andrew Parasiliti, Executive Director, IISS-US and Corresponding Director, IISS-Middle East, moderated the event.
