On 31 January 2005, Indo-British Parliamentary Forum (IBPF) visited the IISS. The 10-member Delegation was briefed on 'South Asian Regional and Nuclear Security Issues' by Mr Alex Nicoll, IISS Assistant Director and Senior Fellow for Defence Industry and Procurement; Sir Hilary Synnott, IISS Consulting Senior Fellow; Sir Michael Quinlan, IISS Consulting Senior Fellow for South Asia; and Mr Rahul Roy-Chaudhury, IISS Research Fellow for South Asia.
