On 26 April 2004 a delegation of senior military officers from Pakistan’s National Defence College visited the IISS.
The 13-member delegation from Pakistan’s National Defence College was led by Major General Syed Sabahat Hussain Zaidi, Chief Instructor (War Wing). During the meeting the delegation was briefed by Dr Gary Samore, IISS Director of Studies, Mr Rahul Roy-Chaudhury, IISS Research Fellow for South Asia, Colonel Christopher Langton, IISS Head of Defence Analysis Department, Editor of The Military Balance and Research Fellow for Russia/CIS, and Mr Alex Nicoll, IISS Assistant Director and Senior Fellow for Defence Industry and Procurement.
